Regina N. Ford Biography
Regina Ford is a native Las Vegas – born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University, Regina worked for Accenture Consulting in Los Angeles for 2 years and for Ernst & Young Consulting in Dublin, Ireland for more than 10 years. She specialized in large-scale international IT implementation projects, project management and strategic business analysis.
During her 8th year in Dublin, Ireland, Regina began focusing on executive recruitment for her Ernst & Young implementation projects and found a real passion for diverse executive recruitment and retention strategies. For the past 8 years Regina has focused her career on diverse employee recruitment and retention for such Fortune 500 companies as Halliburton, Schlumberger, Cisco, Google and Northwestern Mutual.
Regina joined Caesars Entertainment 3 years ago where she began her career in Recruitment and then moved over to the Diversity Department full-time. She is currently the Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion overseeing both internal and external Diversity for the entire enterprise across nearly 50 properties – including employee diversity, supplier diversity, customer diversity and community relations with local, regional and national diversity organizations.
In her spare time (we’ll pretend she still has that!) Regina enjoys all things sports related, watching and playing tennis, soccer, basketball and American football. She loves martial arts and MMA, and has her brown belt in Bushido Karate. She loves attending UFC fights, hiking, Bikram yoga, dancing, music, art and international travel. Regina has a beautiful three-year old daughter named, Iris, who is the light of her life.
